Do you offer refunds?
NO - unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the products, I do not offer any refunds. Do you only sell Social Studies lesson plans and resources?
Yes. I'd love to offer resources in other subjects, and my goal is to someday to that, I just have no idea when that day might come ;p
Can your resources be used for online digital learning?
YES!! All of my resources come completely 100% ready for both online digital learning and in-person classroom learning!
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, of course. However, if you purchased a product with a 12-month monthly payment plan, you'll stay be charged on a recurring monthly basis until you've paid the 12 monthly installments.
May I switch from one curriculum bundle to another?
No, but, as an existing customer I'd be happy to give you a sweet discount. Just shoot me an email at [email protected] and we'll work something out!
What happens if I have any difficulty accessing or using your resources?
Just shoot me an email at [email protected] and let me know what you're having trouble with and I'll personally respond back to you (usually within a few hours). So far, there hasn't been anything I've been able to solve ;)
